Heating/Cooling Update Epiphany has received approval from the Archbishop to move forward with installing a Geothermal heating and cooling system for the parish offices. AllgeierAir will do the work. We tentatively have the equipment installation in early December, while the drilling and laying of the loop field will happen in the near future. We are excited to work with Allgeier as they have much experience with geothermal. Watch for more information soon! Thank you to parishioners Dick Bowles and Mark Reilly for their assistance and our Renovation Committee and Finance Advisory Council for their
continued support!
Rectory Update When our volunteers decide to get moving - they move! In just
one short week, Parishioner Foreman Tom Frank rallied a group of
fabulous volunteers and did much of the necessary demolition on
the Rectory. They removed old carpeting, flooring, old and failing
plumbing, and more! We are securing bids and designs for this house
and hope to have it ready for Fr. Randy in the new year. We are so
grateful to the group of parishioners who have been able to assist us.
Thank you, and watch the bulletin for further updates!
