New Ministry Offers Panel Presentation on Immigration
Sunday, March 2, 12:45 p.m. Community Center
Epiphany is launching a new ministry: The Social Concerns Forum. The mission of the new ministry is to provide a safe, inclusive space for community members to hear presentations and engage in dialogues on societal issues from the lens of faith, justice, and compassion while upholding the Church’s teachings and traditions.
The first program will focus on Immigration. A panel will feature Jack Jezreel of JustFaith Ministries, Rebecca Sim, Director of Immigration Legal Services for the Archdiocese of Louisville, and Fr. Jim Flynn, confounding pastor of Epiphany. Paty Robles will be available to facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking guests and the panel. A light lunch will be served.
