Lenten Collection to help La Casita, Catholic Charities, and the Americana World Community Center

Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving are the threefold spiritual practices of Lent for Catholics. Epiphany's Hunger and Poverty Ministry organizes our parish’s almsgiving by collecting needed items for one or more external ministries with whom we have partnerships. This Lent, Hunger and Poverty asks us to donate needed items for THREE local external ministries – La Casita, Catholic Charities, and Americana World Community Center. Items needed are: Shampoo, bar soap, deodorant [men and women], toothpaste, tooth brushes, and diapers [sizes 4,5,6, and pull ups].
