Epiphany Eyeglass Ministry

Kendall Optometry was founded by a person who was grateful to God for his many blessings and wanted to give back. For this reason, Epiphany has had this Eyeglass Ministry for many years. Volunteers use equipment to read prescriptions of glasses, make printouts, bag the glasses, and put them in a box that holds 50 pairs of glasses. A volunteer may work alone or with a partner. It usually takes about 1 to 1- and 1/2-hour per week. The glasses are sent to where there is a great need around the country and beyond. A Trainer is available to train new volunteers.
