This week Tom Frank removes the old wallpaper (all three layers!) in preparation for fresh paint and new drywall on the ceiling.

The new floor is scheduled for Monday, August 21, and Tuesday, August 22.
Beautiful new cabinets installation is scheduled for Wednesday, August 23 with counters, sink, faucet, and backsplash to follow.
New light fixtures and ceiling lights, along with a final paint coat, will finish the space in early September.
A new commode and faucet coming for the powder room - but the old farm-style sink stays!
By the end of August, the foyer receives a facelift with new wallpaper (goodbye dark paisley!) and a fresh coat of paint on the trim and ceiling. New ceiling fans will complete the space, along with some fresh decor.
