Dr. Alice Kimble Director of Health Service, at Bellarmine University, led the group with enthusiasm and knowledge. She shared real-life situations with practical applications in a variety of emergencies. She instructed us in basic emergency training including CPR, how to use the AEDs, what to do if someone is choking, and using Narcan in a suspected overdose. Approximately 40 People attended -ages ranged from elementary to sage. The intent was to bring the healing love of Jesus to others in an emergency quickly and calmly. The training was well received and attended despite the extreme cold weather and less-than-ideal road conditions.
