Parish Leadership ministries comprise the advisory councils and committees that help guide the parish’s strategic, pastoral, and financial direction. It includes the Parish Pastoral Council, Finance Advisory Council, and various steering committees dedicated to specific parish missions.
As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.1 Peter 4:10
Support Community Care and Community Life ministries through social, spiritual, and task-oriented activities. Assist parishioners in building positive and prayerful connections within the community. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
Assist with planning and implementing faith initiatives that contribute to an ever-maturing life of faith and Christian discipleship for adults and children. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
Serve on FAC by appointment from Pastor. Requires specific skills in business management, legal, or financial. Evaluate financial and facility needs of the parish and oversee annual budget, needs of facilities, grounds, and technology, as well as annual audit.
Provide insight and ideas on how to best support our Hispanic Community. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
Develop an active parish communication plan that promotes and distributes communications through various media (bulletin, emails, social media, etc.). It consists of clergy, staff, and parishioners with professional experiences in communications, marketing, and technology.
Serve in a leadership capacity and as an advisory council to the pastor regarding parish matters. Serve by nomination and selection, appointment by pastor, or standing committee chairs. Provide parishioner assistance and gather feedback after Masses.
Collaboration of social responsibility ministry representatives on implementation of social justice and outreach opportunities for the parish. Appointed members represent each Social Responsibility ministry at Epiphany.
Welcome new parishioners, engage the community through hospitality events, connect parishioners with one another, and educate parishioners on Stewardship as a way of life. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
Oversees the parish's Ten Percent funds, coordinate Sharing Grant, Annual Grant programs, and all funds distributed through the parish Ten Percent commitment. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
Collaborate with coordinators of all the liturgical and prayer ministries and "at large" community members to coordinate our worship and regularly scheduled prayer times at Epiphany. Coordinators and "at large" members are appointed.
Work in collaboration with the youth minister to plan and implement youth ministry events. Members of this leadership team are appointed.
