Capital Campaign & Renovations Update – Leadership is so grateful to our parishioners’ generous pledges and contributions to the Capital Campaign. Because of you, we have completed most of the Renovations, from the Worship Center windows to the total transformation of the Community Center, restrooms, and serving kitchen, to the Epiphany House upgrades. In addition to all those accomplishments, we have also been blessed to purchase and now renovated the new Rectory, so now our pastor can live close to his parishioners.
With no loan, no required interest payment, and well-planned projects with quality products and vendors, which will last the parish for many years!
If you wish to contribute to the Campaign, contact the office (502-245-9733) or contribute online. We are grateful for any additional pledges or gifts to help us continue to cash-flow this campus-wide renovation and necessary upgrades!
Here is a quick overview of recently completed projects!
Epiphany House
- The window replacement project was completed this past week. All windows, french doors, fixed french door-style windows, and exterior doors have been replaced with energy-efficient double-pane windows and tight-sealing closures. Only the main entrance door remains.
- The Geothermal system is due to be up and running by month’s end!
- Planning has started for the Epiphany House kitchen remodel so we can fast-forward from the ’80s to a modern and elegant look.
- As Spring approaches, we will refresh the exterior of this beloved building and repair woodwork where needed.
Rectory
- Work on the Rectory is nearly complete! Kitchen appliances are installed, plumbing work will be completed this week, and most of the furniture will be delivered soon.
- Finishing work on external items continues as we ready the property.
- Final purchases are being made on all the necessary items to furnish a home for our pastor fully.
- With warmer weather, we will continue our plans to refresh the landscaping and paint/seal the deck.
Our pastor will host an open house for all the parish to let our members see the amazing investment we have made.
