Kaycee Anne Brown Mullaney, age 38, entered God’s heavenly kingdom on February 26, 2026. Born on June 1, 1987 to Chris and Jaime Brown of Simpsonville, Kentucky, Kaycee was a proud alumnus of South Oldham High School, the University of Kentucky, and Emory University. She was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. Kaycee brought sunshine and joy to every person she touched, and she was beloved by all those who were blessed to meet her.

Kaycee was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Gaylen and Lois Brown. Left to cherish Kaycee’s memory are her loving and proud parents Chris and Jaime Brown; brother James Brown and sister-in-law Lauren Brown; two adored nephews Oliver and Odin Brown; grandparents Dr. Gerald and Jane Meyer; boyfriend Ryan Blawn; and aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved her dearly.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Kaycee’s honor to the non-profit organization Easterseals of the Bluegrass, 1900 Richmond Road, Lexington, KY 40502, noting “Outpatient Pediatric” in the memo. This organization and other pediatric therapists have contributed to Oliver and Odin’s growth and development and continue to support people of all ages with disabilities.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 am on March 28, 2026 at Church of the Epiphany, 914 Old Harrods Creek Road, Louisville, KY 40223 followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am.
