Tim joined Epiphany’s pastoral team in July 2023 after serving 35 years as a lay ecclesial minister at the parish and archdiocesan levels. While serving as a staff consultant for the Archdiocese of Louisville, he led Renew 2000, which involved 69 parishes, 1,000 small-group leaders, and 10,000 persons in small groups. For 20 years, he served in catechetical and pastoral ministry roles at nearby St. Patrick Church.

Early in his career, while working for Observer Newspapers in central Illinois, Tim won Illinois Press Association awards for feature photography, sports writing, and general excellence in editing. He earned an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Saint Meinrad School of Theology.

Tim and his spouse of 32 years, Mindy, live in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and have five adult children, one of whom is deceased, in a blended family. They have eight grandchildren, ages 21 to 18 months. The newest additions are identical twins — Ethan Samuel and Issac Xavier — born in March 2025 to Tim and Mindy’s youngest son, Alex, and his spouse, Dr. Sammy Grove. Tim enjoys cooking/grilling, live concerts, classic films, golf, travel, and just about anything involving his adult children and grandchildren.

Tim enjoys working alongside Epiphany parishioners as together we fulfill Epiphany’s founding vision as a Vatican II-inspired, socially responsible Catholic community that is committed to social justice.
